The Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order the client is authorizing the company to pass on the order to the respective merchant / vendor and make sure the product is delivered to the given address. While rendering the service the company is acting only as an authorized representative of the client and not as his agent or in any other capacity. The company shall be handling the material only as a service provider and its liability shall be restricted to that of a bailee under the contract Act. Nothing contained herein shall create or be deemed to create or construe a relationship between the parties such that J.K florist is regarded as a seller or purchases of the Vendor / Merchant’s products and all sales and purchases of the Vendor / Merchant’s products pursuant to an order placed on the J.K florist Internet Properties are transactions between the user placing an order
for the same on the J.K florist Internet Properties and the Vendor / Merchant.J.K florist is an online store for the vendor / merchants to host and sell his merchandise and a facilitator of the sales contemplated here in.
There may be variations in appearance and colors especially in the perishable goods like flowers, cakes and chocolates and Indian Sweets. The non-perishable articles like leather goods, hand made ceramics and silver articles may also have variations, as these goods are hand made. The customer agrees to the variations and understands the nature of the variations and allows J.K florist to deliver a product which is similar to the product picture exhibited on the web-site. Flowers specified in the arrangements shown may differ as per the seasonal availability. If the Flowers specified in the arrangements are not available suitable alternatives will be used.
Prices displayed on the site are inclusive of cost of the product, delivery & service charges and all taxes. All prices are in Rupees (INR). We accept all Master and Visa credit cards. Customers using foreign and international credit cards should note that this online payment gateway accepts payments only in Indian Rupees. Therefore, the amount charged in US Dollars or any other foreign currency is converted into Indian Rupees at the actual prevailing conversion rate while passing on the order to the payment gateway.
The customer promises that the information provided toJ.K florist will be true, current, correct and accurate including credit card numbers and addresses. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account and credit cards or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

We do not claim any right or representation of any of the brands. All brands belong to the respective owners. J.K florist does not have any exclusive selling or distribution rights. All brands are displayed in the Catalogue to add variety to the content and allow the customer a wider choice in selection of products. Each manufacturer holds the sole responsibility for the quality and performance of its respective branded products.
The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold J.K florist and its affiliates harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, related to any violation of this Agreement by them or your authorized users of your account.
The customer also agrees to defend, indemnify and hold J.K florist and its affiliates harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, in connection with the use of the Service or the placement or transmission of any message or information or other materials by you or authorized users of your account.
J.K florist may modify this Agreement from time to time by changing the above terms and condition. The terms and conditions applicable to the customer will be the ones that were prevailing on the day and time you placed your orders.
If the ordered product is out of stock and J.K florist is unable to deliver the product, a complete refund will be made to the customer. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc caused due to the non delivery and non availability.
Is when J.K florist tries to deliver the product, and is unable to do so due to either:
1. A wrong address or
2. No one being at home.
3. Or no one accepts the delivery at the address.
If the delivery is made after 2 days from the “preferred delivery date” a full refund will be provided to the customer within 7 days. The refund is eligible only when JK Florist is not able to make any delivery attempt within 2 days from the order delivery date.
1. The address provided by the customer is wrong or incomplete.
2. When trying to call the receipient or customer for asking address directions to locate address but no one receives the call.
3. The address is locked and no one is available to receive.
4. If no one excepts the delivery.
5. If no one recognizes the sender details and refuses to accept the delivery.

Perishable goods – One delivery attempt will be made to deliver all perishable orders within a period of 24 hours. After one delivery attempt the order will be considered as cancelled or completed depending upon the situation and no further attempt will be made to deliver it unless the customer conforms with us & pays the extra delivery charge for making second delivery attempt. No refunds or cancellations will be made for perishable goods.
J.K florist shall try to deliver the product on the ‘preferred date’. Please allow the minimum time required for delivery as specified in each category. Product deliveries shall be made within three to seven working days in India provided the time specified for that category of products is not more. Delivery shall be made on the ‘preferred day’, or a day earlier or later if it coincides with a festival day or a national public holiday. Delivery shall be made in the course of the day, and the customer agrees to refrain from requesting for deliveries at very early or late hours of the day. All attempts will be made to deliver at the specified time frame on the preferred date of delivery from 9 AM onwards till 9 PM, IST, but J.K florist will not be responsible if the products cannot be delivered at the specified time. Once a product is ordered it cannot be cancelled by the customer. The reason being that the system immediately processes the order and sends shipping instructions to India. Due to the high volume of transactions and because the instructions are sent to over 200 towns it becomes difficult to cancel the orders. In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not be processed by us, we shall cancel the order subject to a 10% cancellation charge. J.K florist has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by J.K florist and accept J.K florist decision regarding the cancellation.
On cancellation of an order after it has been processed by J.K florist and not yet delivered, the cancellation charges will be as follows:
Perishable Products (flowers, cakes and chocolates, Indian Sweets) – Cancellation charge – 85 %, refund to customer 15%.
Once a delivery attempt is made, no cancellation will be accepted and no refunds will be made.
Perishable Products – J.K florist does not provide any warranties on the products it delivers.
All and any disputes related to ” J.K florist” service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Vadodara(India) courts.
J.K florist reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the site fraudulently. J.K florist reserves the right to sue the recipient in case.
